Ctrip Announces Robert Stein’s Resignation from the Board

Shanghai, China – January 11, 2007. Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading travel service provider of hotel accommodations, airline tickets and packaged tours in China, today announced that Mr. Robert Stein recently resigned from the company’s board of directors due to personal reasons.

James Liang, Chairman of Ctrip, said, “ Mr. Robert Stein was instrumental in providing guidance to us during his tenure as a member of our board. We appreciate his contribution to the company.” With Mr. Stein’s departure, Ctrip’s board continues to meet applicable SEC and Nasdaq corporate governance rules.
