RESULT OF 2014 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Ctrip.com International, Ltd. (Nasdaq: CTRP), a leading travel service provider of accommodation reservation, transportation ticketing, packaged tours and corporate travel management in China (“Ctrip” or the “Company”), today announced the result of its annual general meeting held on September 19, 2014.  The Company’s shareholders did not vote for the resolutions that were submitted for approval at this annual meeting.  Therefore, the currently effective memorandum and articles of association of the Company remains unchanged.
